Warranty

 

Do you have a warranty claim? Then please follow these four steps:

  • 1. your product is defective

    Your item is defective through no fault of your own within the 2-year warranty period and you have the proof of purchase. For hygienic reasons, please wash/clean your product before contacting your dealer.

  • 2. contact your dealer and have your cleaned product checked.

    Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product with your defective product and your proof of purchase.

    Your dealer will then check whether it is a material/manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear or improper handling.

    Please note that warranty processing must be carried out via your Gonso dealer, as you have concluded the purchase contract with him.

     

  • 3. the retailer sends your product to Gonso

    If the defect occurs within the warranty period despite proper handling of the product, the dealer will send us your product and discuss the further procedure with us. You do not have to take care of anything else.

  • 4. the product will be professionally repaired by us and returned to the dealer.

    We will repair the product free of charge or replace it completely at our discretion. We will then return your product to your retailer for collection.
